Welcome to Jeanette Amanda Photo (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By using our website and booking our photography services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our website and services, including but not limited to wedding and family photography sessions.

2. Copyright & Image Usage

We retain full copyright ownership of all images taken during a session unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Clients receive a license for personal use of images, including printing and sharing on social media (with proper credit where applicable).

Commercial use, resale, or alteration of images without permission is strictly prohibited.

3. Booking & Payment

A non-refundable deposit of 20% is required to secure a wedding, elopement or session date. The remaining balance is due day of the session or the day before wedding or elopement day..

We accept [Payment Methods, Zelle, Venmo, credit cards].

Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Deposits are non-refundable.

If a client cancels, any payments made beyond the deposit may be refunded based on our discretion.

In the rare event we must cancel, we will offer a full refund or the option to reschedule.

5. Rescheduling & Force Majeure

Clients may reschedule once with at least a one week notice, subject to availability for sessions only. 

We are not liable for cancellations due to natural disasters, illness, pandemics, or other unforeseen circumstances.

6. Liability & Indemnification

We are not responsible for any personal injury, property damage, or unforeseen circumstances during a photoshoot or wedding, elopement day..

In case of equipment failure, data loss, or other technical issues, our liability is limited to a full refund of the session fee.

7. Privacy Policy & Data Protection

We collect personal information solely for booking and communication purposes.

Client data is securely stored and never sold or shared with third parties.

8. Delivery of Photos & Turnaround Time

Final edited images for Portrait sessions will be delivered within a 2-3 week timeframe via an online gallery. Final edited images for Weddings and Elopements will be delivered with a 8-12 week timeframe via an online gallery.  

Raw (unedited) files are not provided unless explicitly agreed upon.

9. Editing & Retouching

Standard color correction and minor retouching are included. Additional edits may incur extra fees.

We do not provide unedited (RAW) files unless specified in a separate agreement.

Clients understand that all images will be edited based on our unique photography style. Our artistic style may grow and develop over time, and edits will reflect our evolving creative vision.

10. Model Release & Usage Rights

By booking a session, wedding, or elopement clients grant us permission to use selected images for marketing, social media, and portfolio purposes.

Clients who wish to opt out must request this in writing before the session.

11. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party vendors (e.g., printing labs) for delivering products. We are not responsible for any delays or issues caused by these vendors.

12. Changes to Terms & Conditions

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
